The game of fairoulette consists of a layout of 37 numbers from 1 to 36 plus zero, together with a wheel made up of two parts; one is wooden and doesn’t move and the other is concentric, made of brass and it rotates. It contains 37 numbered pockets which correspond to the numbers on the layout.
A single croupier ensures that the game is carried out correctly. At the start of the game, he places the ball in the pocket numbered with that day’s date, moves the wheel and announces, “Ladies and Gentlemen, let the game begin,” and then he adds, “Ladies and Gentlemen, place your bets.”
When the players have placed their bets, the croupier throws the ball into the wheel and makes it rotate in the opposite direction to the central wheel.
The game is ended with the classic expression, “rien ne va plus” (No more bets).
Players can bet on a series of combinations with the following odds:
Straight up pays 35 to 1

Six line pays 5 to 1
