antiriciclaggio.jpgFollowing new legislation on 31 may 2010, cash exchange for coins and / or chips or vice versa are allowed for sums under € 5,000 (the previous limitation of 12,500 euro is no longer in use). Transactions for amounts equal to or above will be carried out exclusively by non-transferable cheque or credit card.

It should be reminded that, after these laws became effective the compilation of cheques changed.
In the light of the recent events in the Gambling House, the use of cheques is thus regulated:

  • Cheques amounting to or exceeding 5,000 euro will be made payable to the beneficiary and will bear the clause "not transferable".
  • We are unable to accept cheques made payable to "myself" or "in my name".
  • Cheques made out to “the bearer” are acceptable for amounts under 5.000 Euros .
