State-of-the-art Electronic Games at the Casino, and winnings of over €105 million

The Casino, always sensitive to the tastes and desires of its patrons, began, in autumn 2008, the first important phase of its programme of changes, by making significant investments in electronic games

Today, thanks to that investment, the Casino is able to offer devotees of electronic games, 450 slot machines, 70 % of which have recently been updated. Some of these games are exclusive to Europe; we are especially proud to offer 3 state-of-the-art electronic roulette games, which can accomodate 28 patrons.

Our programme of renovation is on-going – 8 new ARISTOCRAT Slot Machines will be unveiled today along with two TIGRESS, three LADIES DAY and three KING OF ASIA machines, which are linked to a Bank Bunker jackpot.

The Slot Machines have an ultra-modern T.I.T.O. – Ticket-In/Ticket-Out system, which offers patrons the chance to play without being encumbered by heavy and bulky chips. Chips have, in fact, all but disappeared, making way for tickets, which can be used immediately. In most cases they can also be re-used in the Slot Machines. With tickets, cashing winnings and getting credits from Slot Machines – all you have to do is press the ‘cash-out’ button. You can cash your ticket at the cashier or use it to play on a different Slot Machine, if you want to get your kicks a second-time round.

The renovation of the Slot Machine park has been accompanied by a re-evaluation of the percentage pay-out on the machines. These pay-outs are now among the very best pay-out percentages available on the market. Testimony to this is the more than €105 million we have paid out since 1 January 2009; and there is still € 1,000,200 of jackpot prize-money to be won.

These are important achievements, and they prepare the ground perfectly for the complete renovation of all machines in the machine park. This will take place in mid-2010, to coincide with a fabulous event: the opening of a new, state-of-the-art Games Room. This vast 1,700 sq m. Games Room will offer exclusive and unique services to our patrons, both in terms of its games and the entertainments it will host.
