Having requested membership of the Slot Club, according to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we provide the following information regarding the processing of your personal data:

b) The use of the membership card will lead to the registration of the points accumulated and the “cash-in” in the database. The “cash-in” data shows the amount in Euros played by the customer using the membership card and includes both the amount bet by the customer as well as the amount he won and put back into the game. The processing of the abovementioned data will take place in full respect of the regulations in the Act on the subject of privacy (approved by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196) and will permit the House to extract a customer profile, with the aim of improving the services provided for the best customers in terms of personalised services and promotional initiatives aimed at satisfying customers’ wishes. When the card is inserted into the slot machine, the member’s first name and his score will be seen on the display for about 5 seconds, followed by the phrase “tessera accettata(card accepted)” (which must stay on the display for the entire time that the card is inserted and proves it is working correctly.) On the newest machines, the card is shown to be working correctly by the phrase “buonasera nome di battesimo del cliente lei ha xyz punti (Good evening, first name, you have xyz points)”, which stays on the display for the whole session of play. c) the game data collected will be conserved for a limited time period sufficient for the collection of the prizes as set out in the regulations of the promotion, and on the expiry date the data, which is no longer useable, will be cancelled.
