Privacy statement for the users registered in Casino de la Vallée s.p.a. Web site.

Dear User,
In observance of article 13 of Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 n. 196 (Policy on the Protection of personal data), Casino de la Vallée s.p.a., being the responsible for data handling, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, hereby informs the Users of the Web site about the objectives and modalities of personal data handling as received in the registration procedure, about the scope of data communication and dissemination as foreseen by the Law for the people involved.

The data collected at the moment of registration when compiling the required fields and compiled when confirming the registration request, will be processed for marketing reasons and for the performance of any other law provision, as well as for promotional communications.
The transmission of data is optional, however in case of User’s denial it will not be possible to establish a relationship with Casino de la Vallée s.p.a. and to participate in promotional initiatives reserved for registered users only.
The system does not allow the registration of minors in the Web site.
Data will not be transmitted/disseminated to third parties and will be exclusively stored on servers located on the national territory, for the duration foreseen by the law and by the Privacy Authority; data might be transmitted to Supervisory and Control Authorities in compliance with the provisions of law.

Using the dedicated function in the Web site the User can request the deletion of personal data previously transmitted during the registration procedure.
Furthermore, the User can exercise his/her rights contacting the person Responsible for data handling or the person Responsible for Privacy, as stated in articles 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Legislative Decree, 30th June 2003 n. 196. The User is entitled to request the existing data handling procedures regarding his/her person, to obtain without delay the communication of such data and their source, to obtain the deletion of data, the conversion in anonymous data or the block of the data if their handling was in infringement of the provisions of law; the user can ask for data updating, modification or integration; consequently, the User can request a certification stating that the above operations were communicated to the people to whom the data were previously transmitted, except for the case when this operation is impossible or its performance requires an effort unproportionate to the right exercised for the protection of data; the User can oppose, wholly or partially and for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal data concerning him/her, even if related to the original purpose of data collection.
